businesses and other businesses throughout South Florida. Mr.
Menendez enjoys the reputation of a successful entrepreneur and
business man in South Florida and is known for his quality
programs and companies. He is also experienced in financial and
business management.

Angel L.
Jungera, Psy.D.
Co-Vice President of the Board
Executive Vice President
Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology
with 20 years of experience in mental health and substance
abuse. Experience includes program development and consultation;
mental health assessment and treatment; outpatient and
residential programming; child, adolescent, adult, and family
services; administration; operations; policy development; risk
management; marketing, and public relations. Serves on and
chairs various mental health committees and boards.

Eduardo
Lacasa, Esq.
Co-Vice President of the Board
Chief Operating Officer
Juris Doctorate in Law with 15 years
experience in litigation, health care, administrative and
corporate law working for Ruden, McClosky, et.al. Owns and
operates multiple companies throughout South Florida. Is the
current chairperson for the Boxing Commission of Florida and has
served on numerous boards throughout the State. Experienced in
contract development, negotiations, policy development,
regulatory compliance, litigation and risk management.

Leslie
Lynch, M.S., Director
Secretary of the Board
Administrative Director
Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling
with 14 years of experience in mental health and substance
abuse. Experience includes program development and consultation;
mental health assessment and treatment; outpatient and
residential programming; child, adolescent, adult, and family
services; administration; billing; records compliance,
monitoring, and auditing. Currently serves on several committees
throughout South Florida.

Vivian
Demille, Esq., Director
Treasurer of the Board
Chief Financial Officer
Juris Doctorate in Law with 10 years
experience in executive management of a wide variety of mental
health, social service and criminal justice programs, as well as
other businesses. Experience in financial planning and
management, contract development and negotiations, policy
development, human resources, quality improvement, regulatory
compliance and risk management. Additionally operated a law
practice in South Florida for 5 years.
